Relationship & couples therapy · Online across NY & NJ

We are built for connection. Most of what makes life feel good runs through our relationships.

Online therapy for individuals and couples who want more closeness, more honesty, and more aliveness together.

Why relationships are the work

We live longer, stay healthier, and suffer less when our relationships are full.

We’re designed to live in community and in love. The research is clear and the experience is clearer — when relationships are strained, everything else gets harder.

It’s no accident that relationships are what my clients talk about most. Friendship, partnership, family, love — these are the real keys to feeling well and feeling fulfilled. And so is the physical side of connection. Touch, intimacy, and sex are part of our health and wellbeing too, not extras.

Who I work with

Individuals and couples, in every configuration.

I work with people who want to understand their patterns in love and connection — and with couples who want something more. People come to me to:

  • Communicate without it turning into the same fight every time
  • Rebuild trust and closeness after a rupture or an affair
  • Reconnect after drifting into roommates instead of partners
  • Navigate divorce, separation, or a major transition with more grace
  • Deepen intimacy, desire, and sexual connection
  • Date and form relationships from a healthier, grounded place
  • Set and hold boundaries so they feel respected and understood
Intimacy, touch, and sex — talked about openly

A lot of people carry quiet struggles here. A lot of therapists never go there. I do.

With zero judgment

Whether you want more connection, more desire, more satisfaction, or simply more comfort and honesty around this part of your life — it’s welcome here.

Growing your capacity for intimacy and pleasure isn’t superficial. It’s part of feeling alive, present, and at home in your own body and your relationships.

How we’ll work

Slow down enough to actually hear each other.

I’m warm but not passive. I’ll reflect back what I see — including the things that are hard to say — and challenge you, kindly, toward what you actually want.

What changes

Conversations that used to end in silence start ending in closeness.

Couples and individuals leave this work feeling more understood, more connected, and more themselves. Desire and tenderness find their way back. You stop bracing against your relationships and start being nourished by them.

More understood More connected Conflict without disconnection Desire & tenderness back Safety to be vulnerable
Why work with me on this

Deeply attuned to the unspoken signals between people.

It’s a skill I sharpened over years in film. I treat intimacy and sex as a normal, healthy part of the conversation.

And I bring a creative’s feel for language — helping you and your partner find new words for old hurts, and new ways to reach each other.
